Adaptability is perhaps the single most important skill we can develop right now. With AI, technology, and constant disruption, staying flexible isn’t optional, it’s vital.
In this episode on The Edge of Possible, I sit down with my friend Eric Colbert, an entrepreneur and former touring musician who also holds a masters degree in evolutionary psychology.
We dive deep into the mindset required to navigate change, the danger of rigid thinking, and how adopting an empowering lens of curiosity can transform your life and relationships.
Eric shares his own remarkable story of hitting the reset button on his entire life in his late thirties.
