We live in an era where technology evolves at such a rapid pace, often leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and those around us. But rather than isolating us, technology needs to be designed in a way that enables us to achieve what previously felt impossible.
My guest this week, Martin Rabaglia, is an award-winning creative technologist, strategist, and CEO of Genosha. His work bridges emerging technology and deep human emotion, creating world-class immersive experiences for global brands like Disney, Pixar, Nike, Intel, and Pepsi.
In this powerful conversation, Martin shares how we can shift our relationship with technology so that machines serve humanity rather than dominate it, how to design experiences that trigger genuine emotion, and why nurturing curiosity is the ultimate key to continuous innovation.

About Martin
I’m MartÃn Rabaglia, an Argentinian Buenos Aires based creative technologist, strategist, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of storytelling, emerging technology, and cultural relevance. As CEO & Co-founder of Genosha, I’ve spent the past decade building experiences that combine narrative design, AI, immersive media, and creative innovation for global brands. My work is rooted in the idea that technology only matters when it creates meaning, emotion, and real connection.
Over the years, I’ve helped shape projects that reflect a distinctly Argentine approach to creative technology: collaborative, inventive, and built for real-world impact. In 2025, Genosha received major international recognition for The 4th Judge, including a Cannes Lions Gold in Innovation in Sport, reinforcing our position as part of a new wave of Latin American creative-tech leadership.
Beyond Genosha, I’m actively involved in strengthening Argentina’s creative ecosystem. I serve on the boards of Interact Argentina and Agencias Argentinas, and I’ve led workshops, labs, and collaborative sessions around AI, creativity, and new forms of production. That work is part of a broader mission: helping connect Argentine talent, agencies, and production companies with a more global, future-facing creative conversation.
I’ve been part of SXSW before as a speaker and mentor, and in 2026 I’m returning as a speaker again. For me, that’s not just a personal milestone — it’s a chance to represent a creative culture that combines humility, experimentation, teamwork, and global ambition in a way that feels increasingly relevant right now.
